40ft x 60ft pole tent - $1775

Pole tents are supported from their center tent poles. This size requires 2 center poles to support the canopy.

Scalloped valances.

The shade under the tent can be up to 20 degrees cooler (without people) but the high points and open sides will still keep it much cooler than 150 guests under the direct sun.

225 people with round-table seating
280 with rectangular, long table seating
400 for stand up, cocktail style parties

We do not set up on hardscape.

This draping adds an elegant touch, giving the tent a more completed look <3.

40x60 Lighting - Sunburst - $400

Our light strands put out soft, warm light, with bulbs spaced every foot and they are attached directly to the main wire instead of dangling.

The perimeter lighting will offer enough lighting for a low-key evening of mood and soft dancing, every other step entering the ethereal.

The sunburst-style lighting offers over 380 bulbs for an otherworldly look that reflects off the tent top and offers enough lighting to let everyone know they are invited to eat, drink, dance and celebrate merrily.

40x60 Lighting - Perimeter - $250

Sidewalls - $350

Half of our sidewalls are solid white, and half are windowed. They can keep heat in, or light wind or sun out. This is the price for a complete set, but if you just need to block the sun or wind for a couple hours during sunset, we can provide 20ft sections for $35 each.
