Our Process
First, contact us over phone, text, or email to discuss your event’s details. You can fill out the form on our contact page to get the ball rolling.
We will draft a quote based on your excellent selections, and small changes or guest counts can be easily changed to suit your needs later even after signing the contract.
We may need to schedule a meeting with the site owner to discuss setup location and any irrigation or personal underground infrastructure, and we may be able to help with line locating through the local utility providers.
The date and time of your equipment delivery and pickup will be discussed with you and the site owners.
Once you are happy with your quote and the details are taken care of, we will send the contract for you to sign and an invoice for the reservation of your equipment and event date!
With no hidden fees and up-front pricing, the tent and other equipment will be delivered and set up by our team for your event!
